This beautiful community nestled in the west end of the Parks at Prestwick features condominium homes and low maintenance patio homes that allow you to live the lifestyle you desire. The Grant Park community is comprised of two separate homeowners associations: Grant Park Condominiums Association and Grant Park Patio Homes of Prestwick Homeowners’ Association. These two associations work in harmony to create a desirable neighborhood in which to live. The governing documents for both associations can be found under the documents tab of this website. The Grant Park Community website serves as a homeowner’s portal for community updates, calendar of events and important documents. The goal of this website is to maintain clear lines of communication and build a sense of community.
